How are we handling food restrictions that are minhag-specific? Passover being a major one I’m thinking about

I think that we can just put the relevant term in a tag, such as kitniyos/kitniyot

this isn’t kashrut, but it obviously raises the question a bit - what do we think about vegan/non-vegan? it’s almost solved by meat, dairy, parve, but parve can still be non-vegan.
